The interior design of Losenets Residence matches its unique emblematic exterior and suggests an exclusive atmosphere and sophisticated inner spaces.
The entrance of the building leads to a large foyer with double height and a gallery. The distinctive appearance is achieved through natural daylight, mirrors and designer’s chandeliers. The foyer is threated with high-class natural materials and has abundant greenery.
In the heart of the building there is an atrium with natural daylight. A large cypress is situated in its centre, around which the staircase is entwined, with bronze railing and wooden handles. Each floor is threated with decorative plasters and stone flooring.
On the ground floor there is a representative multipurpose hall. It is available to the residents for organizing celebrations, projections, etc. The suspended oval ceiling and boutique lighting contribute to the its unique atmosphere, while the high performance air conditioning and sound insulation make it appropriate for hosting any kind of event.
A high-end restaurant is also available to the residents and their guests, offering cozy interior atmosphere and an exterior covered garden.
