Capital City Centre is a luxury multipurpose complex of a new generation, combining traditional and contemporary architecture, as well as comfortable living environment. The building introduces a new concept for office spaces and commercial centre.
The existing building is extended with four new floors on the top, where are situated the apartments, with separate entrance and staircase.
On the ground floors are situated the commercial center on two levels. Above them are the offices.
The building‘s classical composition is enriched with new contemporary details, transforming it into one of the landmarks in the centre of Plovdiv.
